Setiap perbuatan dalam kehidupan seorang insan dalam dunia ini memerlukan pengorbanan....Some things we can get,some things we just have to give up(Kobankan)!





pengorbanan atau 'sacrifice' dari kamus peribadi ana: Letting go of something in order to get





something else which is seen as more important.





Nabi Ismail sanggup 'mengorbankan' dirinya untuk menjalankan perintah Allah.





Inilah topic yg diperbincangkan pada Usrah kedua this year on 23rd Feb...





Ukht Liyana was the person responsible for disecting the topic for deeper discussion





....rupa-rupanya,this simple PENGORBANAN topic can be looked @ from many aspects....





1) in terms of what is sacrificed:

a)masa


b)wang


c)tenaga





*Sometimes,we have to sacrifice more than one of these 3 things to get something, for instance: to get to memorise the words of Allah The Wise,we have to sacrifice all the 3(our time-which could have been used for schoolwork,our money-to pay the fees, energy-sometimes coming to tahfiz although tired after a wholeLoNg day @ school).





2) In terms of how worth it the sacrifice is:





* Sometimes,for example,we sacrifice our time to help someone,when the time could have been used to prepare for exams. In the story Ukht Liyana told us, she had exams the next day but had to help her sister for a project till the wee hours of the morning....A SACRIFICE: worth it???





**Hafal Quran....a lot of sacrifice....but the result(dpt mengingati seindah-indah kalam,dari Rabbul Jalaalah)...Worth it??? :)





3) In terms of who the sacrifice is for.





* Helping a friend in need....being a volunteer in a certain organisation....A SACRIFICE...


but for whom??





We decided that every single sacrifice should be done 4 Allah....noe that he is watching all our actions n will reward them accordingly without lessening the pahala @ all....


فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره و من يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره





BEWARE!!!!--the word sacrifice can also be used for wrong actions...


An artiste may sacrifice all his/her time to make an album but it is the wrong kind of sacrifice...

Therefore,it can be concluded that the word sacrifice can be used widely for many things....


but the important thing is, the sarifice is done to get Mardhaatillaah,as however insignificant be it in the eyes of men,it will not be overlooked by Allah on Yaumul Qiyamah..





Lastly,Oh Allah,terimalah pengorbanan hamba-hambaMu yg menghadiri usrah ini,


.... 5/8 dari mereka masih memakai uniform sekolah hingga malam2 kerana menghadirinya....





Walaupun isi Usrah setakat ini sahaja,tetapi,ia sangat perlu sekali-sekala utk mengisi diri yg bak sebuah 'jug yg perlu diisi',(as Ukht Maryam always says....)...

All good is frm Allah & the uncountable weaknesses are from my own weak self...wassalam!
