Our FinGerpriNts... unique!!!

Dr. H.A. Hamed says that fingerprints are a register of the curves, which exist when the dermis adheres with the epidermis. These curves differ from one person to the other. Miraculously they are never identical in two persons even if they are twins. They appear in the 3rd month and remain the same till the person’s death, even if the skin is burned, new skin grows with the same fingerprints without the slightest alteration.
What is really interesting is that some criminals in Chicago thought that they could change their fingerprints. So, they removed the skin from their fingertips and replaced it with some pieces from other parts of their bodies. But they were disappointed because the implanted parts grew with the same fingerprints without the slightest change. That is why they are used by the police as a definite proof of the identity of the criminal.
Fingerprints are a palpable sign of God’s power. They: identify the person without the slightest mistake. So, they become the best proof and the truest witness in this world and in the next world.
God in chapter 75, verses 3-4 states that it is in His power not only to gather a dead
person’s bones, but He is able to reshape his finger prints

أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَلَّن نَجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ(3) بَلَى قَادِرِينَ عَلَى أَن نُّسَوِّيَ 3-4
What, does man reckon we shall not gather his bones?
Yes indeed; we are able to shape again his fingers.
**ALLAH made each of us UNIQUE!!!!whereas there are soO many of us!!!Subhanallah!!

7 TIPs for imprOving your relAtionShip.... with the Quran...:)

Sunday, March 18, 2007

1. Before you touch it, check your heart
The key to really benefiting from the Quran is to check your heart first, before you even touch Allah's book. Ask yourself, honestly, why you are reading it. Is it to just get some information and to let it drift away from you later? Remember that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was described by his wife as a "walking Quran": in other words, he didn't just read and recite the Quran, he lived it.

2. Do your Wudu (ablution)
Doing your Wudu is good physical and mental preparation to remind you you're not reading just another book. You are about to interact with God, so being clean should be a priority when communicating with Him.

3. Read only 5 minutes everyday
Too often, we think we should read Quran for at least one whole hour. If you aren't in the habit of reading regularly, this is too much. Start off with just five minutes daily. If you took care of step one, Insha Allah (God willing), you will notice that those five minutes will become ten, then half an hour, then an hour, and maybe even more!

4. Make sure you understand what you've read
Five minutes of reading the Quran in Arabic is good, but you need to understand what you're reading. Make sure you have a good translation of the Quran in the language you understand best. Always try to read the translation of what you've read that day .

5. Remember, the Quran is more interactive than a CD
In an age of "interactive" CD-Roms and computer programs, a number of people think books are passive and boring. But the Quran is not like that. Remember that when you read Quran, you are interacting with Allah. He is talking to you, so pay attention.

6. Don't just read, listen too
There are now many audio cassettes and CDs of the Quran, a number of them with translations as well. This is great to put on your walkman or your car's CD or stereo as you drive to and from work. Use this in addition to your daily Quran reading, not as a replacement for it.

7. Make Dua (supplication)
Ask Allah to guide you when you read the Quran. Your aim is to sincerely, for the love of Allah, interact with Him by reading, understanding and applying His blessed words. Making Dua to Allah for help and guidance will be your best tool for doing this.

salam 'alaikunna...

Setiap perbuatan dalam kehidupan seorang insan dalam dunia ini memerlukan pengorbanan....Some things we can get, some things we just have to give up(Kobankan)!

pengorbanan atau 'sacrifice' dari kamus peribadi ana: Letting go of something in order to get

something else which is seen as more important.

Nabi Ismail sanggup 'mengorbankan' dirinya untuk menjalankan perintah Allah.

Inilah topic yg diperbincangkan pada Usrah kedua this year on 23rd Feb...

Ukht Liyana was the person responsible for disecting the topic for deeper discussion

....rupa-rupanya,this simple PENGORBANAN topic can be looked @ from many aspects....

1) in terms of what is sacrificed:

a)masa

b)wang

c)tenaga

*Sometimes,we have to sacrifice more than one of these 3 things to get something, for instance: to get to memorise the words of Allah The Wise,we have to sacrifice all the 3(our time-which could have been used for schoolwork, our money-to pay the fees, energy-sometimes coming to tahfiz although tired after a wholeLoNg day @ school).

2) In terms of how worth it the sacrifice is:

* Sometimes, for example,we sacrifice our time to help someone, when the time could have been used to prepare for exams. In the story Ukht Liyana told us, she had exams the next day but had to help her sister for a project till the wee hours of the morning....A SACRIFICE: worth it???

**Hafal Quran....a lot of sacrifice....but the result(dpt mengingati seindah-indah kalam,dari Rabbul Jalaalah)...Worth it??? :)

3) In terms of who the sacrifice is for.

* Helping a friend in need....being a volunteer in a certain organisation....A SACRIFICE...

but for whom??

We decided that every single sacrifice should be done 4 Allah....noe that he is watching all our actions n will reward them accordingly without lessening the pahala @ all....

فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره و من يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره

BEWARE!!!!--the word sacrifice can also be used for wrong actions...

An artiste may sacrifice all his/her time to make an album but it is the wrong kind of sacrifice...

Therefore,it can be concluded that the word sacrifice can be used widely for many things....

but the important thing is, the sarifice is done to get Mardhaatillaah,as however insignificant be it in the eyes of men,it will not be overlooked by Allah on Yaumul Qiyamah..

Lastly,Oh Allah, terimalah pengorbanan hamba-hambaMu yg menghadiri usrah ini,

.... 5/8 dari mereka masih memakai uniform sekolah hingga malam2 kerana menghadirinya....

Walaupun isi Usrah setakat ini sahaja, tetapi,ia sangat perlu sekali-sekala utk mengisi diri yg bak sebuah 'jug yg perlu diisi',(as Ukht Maryam always says....)...

All good is frm Allah & the uncountable weaknesses are from my own weak self...wassalam!
